Your discord server doesn't have anywhere to post or ask questions... I think you should check the permissions as you only get to interact with the bot which doesn't answer questions or accept them as input.. Please advise as I need some help with a few things I am trying to do on the server...
I only see the following after joining the server:
Announcements
rules
changelog
septic-tank
would be nice to ask questions in discord as you stated this isn't the intended place for questions.

You need to register with MagicBot, after you do that you'll be added to the default group and see the remainder of the channels.
