MagicBotandClaude Opus 5.5 c63212b900 Remove the old engine.wpak parser package ...

Replaced by engine.parsers.wpak. Nothing referenced it except the
commented-out calls and the "Loading WPAK data" log line in
ConfigManager, which are removed too.
